Find Your Flow
Vinyasa flow is a series of yoga asana (poses) linked together seamlessly using your breath. These classes offer a variety of postures each time and can be accessible to all levels.

Stability and BalanceYoga helps to improve balance and stability through practising your focus on alignment, strength and attention by flowing through both dynamic and static poses whilst leading with the breath

Lower Stress and AnxietyYoga promotes relaxation by opening through the body and working with breath and meditation. This can help to lower stress and anxiety, bringing you into the present moment within your body and releasing muscle tension and stiffness caused by stress and other factors

Half a day of online chakra themed yoga, meditation, breath-work and journalling. Retreats are included with your membership at no extra charge.
