In these sessions I will guide you into meditation and offer advice and tips on how to create a consistent meditation practice and gain the benefits. As part of this you will learn and use breath techniques and increase awareness within the body and mind.
Chakra Meditation - Breathwork Sessions
Focused on balancing and understanding the energies of the Chakra system. These sessions will also focus on connecting with the nervous system and restoring overall balance energetically and both mentally and physically.
Vagas Nerve Focused Sessions
I will use techniques to stimulate and tone the vagas nerve and help balance body and mind through using meditation, somatic and breath techniques to access the nervous system and help restore safety balance.
Meditation for Relaxation
I offer soothing guided meditation sessions for deep rest and relaxation, using techniques to help release stress and tension from the body and mind helping you to unwind whilst becoming more aware and connected to yourself.
