​My name is Elly, I am a certified Feminine Embodiment Coach who specialises in helping women to connect with their truth in body based coaching containers. The 'Feminine' part of my coaching refers to the energy of the non linear, the emotional and receptive parts of ourselves that feel and sense. I offer ways to expand your capacity for aliveness in your body and in your life as we  feel into more depth, body wisdom and truth. 

As a coach I hold space for your challenges and desires by guiding you back to explore your bodys truth through your own felt sense. Through bringing breath, awareness, movement and sound into our coaching session this can start to unravel and express what is stored in the body and gain precious new insights. 

I lead these containers from a place of feeling into the depth of what is alive before exploring direction and action. Your bodys truth and your experience comes first , always. This style of coaching really connects you to your body and energy towards your challenges and desires and offers ways to fine tune your whole being (not j your mind alone) towards the life that you truly want.
